The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill has a requirement from the 75th Field Artillery Brigade for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. 


Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to respond to industry questions and to provide the revised Summary of Work. Please see attachment 1 - Summary of Work and Attachment 6 - Government Response to Industry Questions Part 2 for more details. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 


Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to remove the draft mark from the solicitation, provide Government response to industry questions, to provide the updated wage determination and revised Summary of Work. Please see revised attachment 1 - Statement of Work, updated attachment 2 - Wage Determination, and attachment 5 - Government Response to Industry Questions. Addendum to FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Services, will be updated to reflect the updated wage determination at time of award. Due to the amendment and contract writing system glitch, the solicitation issue date now shows 22 May 2026. The solicitation issuance date is 11 May 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see Summary of Changes for more details.


Door Installation 


The contractor shall provide all required plant, labor, equipment, and materials to remove existing doors and install new door at building 3440. Pleae see Attachment 1 - Summary of Work for more details. 


The Standard North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238350. The applicable size standard is $19,000,000.00. 


Pursuant to FAR 4.203-1(b), prospective contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors may obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: htts://sam.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contarct, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation costs.
