The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center Contracting Office plans to issue a sole source contract to Taylor & Francis Group, LLC for the renewal of an annual subscription to their journal publications. The procurement will be conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which permits sole source acquisitions when only one responsible source is available. Interested parties have a window of 10 days from the announcement date to submit their capabilities, qualifications, or quotes in writing to be considered for this requirement, though the government will evaluate these submissions solely to determine whether to compete the acquisition. The government reserves the right to proceed without competitive bidding, and no formal request for quotations or proposals will be issued following this notice.
