IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):
 
(i) The 786th FSS/FSVF requires the procurement, installation, and utility hook-up of a commercial, hood-type pot and pan washer at the Rheinland Inn Dining Facility (DFAC), Building 2107, Ramstein Air Base. This equipment supports high-volume food service operations by sanitizing heavy cookware under rigorous food safety standards. The specific technical specifications  are attached in the statement of work document.
 
(ii) In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is published on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) to document the requirement. The Government will conduct a competitive acquisition and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value and is most advantageous, price and other factors considered. Funding has been received; however, the anticipated award date will be determined following the evaluation of quotations.

(viii) An offeror’s proposed product must meet all specifications listed in the salient characteristics document and satisfy the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation in order to be eligible for award. Technical data to assist in proposal development is attached to this notice.
