The 15th Contracting Squadron, Hickam AFB, Oahu, Hawaii intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) with SaniGLAZE International, LLC, 4526 Lenox Ave., Jacksonville, FL, 32205. To restore the floor and wall tiles in Pool #1 men's and women's locker rooms to include the restroom areas. The requirement is for SaniGLAZE restoration which is a multi-step process utilizing proprietary chemicals and compounds that remove embedded contaminants and surface soils from ceramic tile and grout surfaces and installs a durable chemical and urine resistant, clear polymer coating over the entire tile and grout surface. In addition, the floor tiles will have an additional application of a solid opaque, polymer overcoat on top of existing grout lines.The North American Industry Classific ation System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561730 and the size standard is $15M.
