7A21--RFI Industry Loopback Notice - National Digital Telepathology - Artificial Intelligence (NDTP-AI) (VA-26-00058955)

The Department of Veterans Affairs is pursuing the National Digital Telepathology Artificial Intelligence (NDTP-AI) requirement, identified as VA-26-00058955. This initiative aims to design and implement a scalable, cloud-based solution for enterprise VHA medical facility access to AI software, specifically focusing on the detection of prostate and gastric cancer. The system will be hosted on the VA Enterprise Cloud via AWS and must integrate with the Philips IntelliSite Pathology Solution. The government intends to pursue this as a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V (SEWP V) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. The contemplated contract is a firm-fixed-price agreement consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, not to exceed five years.
