Great Smoky Mountains NP VRP Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) Purpose of amendment 002 is to provide vendor question responses. Purpose of amendment 001 is to clarify close date: August 8, 2023, Noon ED This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P5323R0059 issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This Service requirement for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM) requires a qualified contractor to provide and set up Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) cameras and the associated software for standard law enforcement purposes, public safety, and custom reporting dashboards supporting occupancy data, perimeter surveillance, speed analysis, and 90 Day ARO. Contractor shall be FedRAMP certified at time of contract award. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19-502-2, and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The North American Industry Classification System: The NAICS code is 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing Size Standards 600. Or other related NACIS. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed the on-line Representations & Certifications at www.sam.gov to qualify for award. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their Proposal.
