The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information for the purposes of market research which may inform future requirement and contract efforts for 80 Replacement Batteries and Maintenance Service Agreement for GE TLE Series 250kVA. The USU is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine whether an adequate number of qualified, interested parties capable of providing support of the task areas delineated herein and in Attachment A- Draft Statement of Work. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The scope outlined in the draft SOW encompasses requirements to provide onsite maintenance and repair services for GE TLE 250 KVA UPS Module, 250kVA/250kW, 480/277V, 60Hz � Unity and 80 replacement battery cells. More specifically, the contractor shall furnish all repair parts, labor, transportation and supplies required to accomplish inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, calibrating and repairing of the GE TLE 250 KVA UPS Module, 250kVA/250kW, 480/277V, 60Hz � Unity and batteries. The contractor shall supply 80 replacement battery cells for the current 80 units in place. Contractor shall maintain the Uninterruptible Power system and Battery Units. Interested parties should note that the draft SOW describes only the currently contemplated scope of services and may vary from the work scope included in a subsequent solicitation (if any).
