Full Description

The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a SPQ and will provide the subject NSN to satisfy the requirements for the SOP Direct Delivery Program. Orders will be shipped to any location within the United States. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a 12 month time frame. There is no guarantee of orders and the SPQ can be cancelled at any time. DELIVERY TERMS ARE FOB ORIGIN PREPAY AND ADD. THIS IS NOT AN ORDER. Previous provider for the NSN and demand information is attached. The Government will make award to the responsible contractor whose quote, conforming to the request for quote (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. Consideration could be given to vendor price, minimum order quantity, deliver y time (DARO), and/or past performance. To evaluate low price the average of the three price based upon the price break quantities specified will be utilized.By signing the 1449 signature document contractor verifies that the item they are quoting meets the Item Purchase Description as well as any applicable clauses. PLEASE SUBMIT SIGNATURE DOCUMENT, VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT, SCHEDULE OF GOODS, MILITARY MARKING DOCUMENT, ADDITIONAL FILL-IN CLAUSES, AND MSDS SHEETS WHEN SUBMITTING QUOTE.
