AI Contract Overview
Argonne National Laboratory is soliciting proposals for the processing, loading, hauling, recycling, and disposal of excess material and equipment as part of the 800 Area Clean Up Project. Bidders must submit a firm, fixed-price offer by August 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST, and are required to conduct a site visit between August 12 and August 18, 2026, to assess conditions that could affect performance. All proposals must include fully completed and signed documentation, including the RFQ form, Representations and Certifications, a Certificate of Insurance, and confirmation of the earliest possible start date. Offerors must also address whether they qualify for DOE discounts or GSA contract pricing and provide relevant contract details if applicable. Failure to submit any required items will result in an incomplete proposal. The work is governed by Argonne’s commercial terms and conditions, high-risk on-site supplemental conditions, and a job safety analysis, all of which must be reviewed and accepted. Applicable wage determinations and the SCA Wage Flyer must also be considered, and all submissions must be coordinated through the designated point of contact, Jazlyn Mangis, at jmangis@anl.gov, with questions due no later than August 20, 2026. The project is located in Lemont, Illinois, and the NAICS code for the work is 56211.
