Prospective bidders will meet at the west entrance to the Electrical Technologies Center, located at 216 College Avenue, Williamsport, PA. Bids will be accepted until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, 29 May 2024, via the PennBid Program. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier’s check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal.
