The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of the Warfighter Science, Technology & Applied Research Directorate, plans to award a firm fixed price contract to DSM Dyneema, located in Stanley, North Carolina.
