This modification is to remove Bill and Hold as an evaluation factor for SP0100-06-R-0071. It will not be used for solicitation SP0100-06-R-0071. The Destination will be Defense Depot Albany, GA. This information applies to solicitation SP0100-06-R-0071. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8305-01-209-6542. This is for the purchase of Cloth, Broadcloth, Scarlet MC # 2501. The purchase description is MIL-C-29405A (MC) dated 1 MAR 1985, mothproof in accordance with MIL-C-43665. The purchase quantity is 25,000 yards. The destination is the Contractor's plant. The production leadtime is 330 days after date of award. If First Article is waived, then the production leadtime is 210 days after date of award. There will be 5 deliveries. This solicitation will be issued Unrestricted that will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. This Best Value will use Source selection procedures utilizing the following evaluation factors in descending order of importance: Experience/Past Performance, Bill and Hold, Socioeconomic Consideration, DLA Mentoring Business Agreements (MBA) Program, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Entity Proposal (JWOD).
