Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and - specialty metals (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with four 365 day option terms. This solicitation will include Best Value Source Selection procedures with the following quantities (minimum/maximum): Base Year: 4,760/23,800; Option years one through four: 6,000/29,970 per year. A requirement for the submission of a technical proposal is included in the solicitation. The technical proposal shall include a Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance/Experience, Bill and Hold, Socioeconomic Considerations, Mentoring Business Agreement and Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD).
