Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and - specialty metals (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies. Jumper, Man's, 100% Poly, White, SH 3006 in accordance with specification MIL-J-87037D dated 8 June 1988, pattern dated 27 Dec 2001. This is a Best Value Source Selection Procurement. A technical proposal is required and will include the submission of a Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance Information and DLA Mentoring Agreement Plan. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract containing a one year base ordering period plus three additional one year term ordering options. The guaranteed minimum ordering quantity is 46,016 each and the maximum ordering quantity is 76,704 each for the base and 46,016 ea and 84,368 ea for all three years term options. The Destination is for New Cumberland Facility. The Production lead-time is 120 days with 6 deliveries for the first Delivery Order with a total of 19,568 ea. This acquisition will be set aside exclusively for Total Small Business participation. All materials used in fabrication of the items are to be furnished by the contractor.
