Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The Department of Veterans Affairs, St. Albans Community Center, NY, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to 570 GLOBAL CORP. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)- Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for St. Albans VAMC, for a follow-on requirement to purchase additional customize Patient Gowns with the VA logo to complete the current inventory.
