This solicitation is for the provision of supplies and services for the installation of network cabling in a modular office building for the 841st Transportation Battalion.


The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, vehicles, labor, tools, materials, travel, and safety equipment necessary to perform the netwrok cable installation in accordance with the requirements specified within this solicitation.


Please be advised that the full requirements, including Instructions to Offerors (FAR 52.212-1) and the basis for evaluation (FAR 52.212-2), are detailed in the solicitation attachments. A thorough review of all attached documents is required for a compliant submission.


SITE VISIT: 


A site visit will be conducted 10:00 AM EST, 18 June 2026. Offerors shall meet the Government Representative(s) at JB CHS-Weapon Station, building 3852, located on 1050 Remount Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406. All prospective Offerors are urged to attend this conference and are requested to contact the Contract Specialist, 1Lt Aaryn Scires via email at aaryn.scires.2@us.af.mil. 


Questions: Question provided by potential offerors in response to the site visit must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer, Levi Mowrey at Levi.Mowrey@us.af.mil by 22 June 2026, 10:00 AM EST. 


IMPORTANT:


Prospective offerors must provide their Company Name, SAM UEI/Cage Code, and a completed Attachment 4. JB CHS Form 111 Contractor Access Worksheet for EACH individual who plans to attend, and front & back scanned color copies of each individuals Real ID (or Driver’s License and Passport) planning to attend the site visit. 


This documentation shall be provided to Contract Specialist 1Lt Aaryn Scires at aaryn.scires.2@us.af.mil no later than 16 June 2026 COB. 


Offerors who do not provide the required documents above or fail to provide the required documents in their entirety will not be provided with base access and will not be able to attend the site visit. Offerors who provide the required documentation after 16 June 2026, will not be permitted base access for this site visit. 


Offerors are advised traffic may be congested at the designated location and attending personnel will be required to obtain a base pass to attend the site visit. The base pass process may be time-consuming and is dependent upon the number of attendees. Offerors are advised to arrive early to be included in the site visit. Attending personnel must bring their completed JB CHS Form 111 and valid identification(s) i.e. Real ID, Driver’s License, and Passport issued by their respective state to obtain base access. If an individual’s identifications are no longer valid (i.e. Expired) they will not be permitted base access for this site visit.
