Full Description
(i)The 86 Force Support Squadron at Ramstein Airbase is seeking to procure a turn-key solution encompassing the site preparation, delivery, assembly, and installation of three (3) new WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) 2-room sheds at the Ramstein Child Development Playgrounds (Buildings 862 and 832). The existing storage sheds have degraded beyond their serviceable lifespan, exhibit compromised physical integrity and feature failed security mechanisms that pose severe safety hazards incompatible with child development environment standards. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and safety measures required to replace these structures and complete the project fully ready for immediate Government use. This purchase will be solicited under PSC 5450 and NAICS 321992. Quotes must include shipping to Ramstein Air Base as well as installation at the site.
(ii) In accordance with RFO12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is being published on the Government Point of Entry to document the requirement. The contract will be awarded based on the Best Value selection process. Under this method, the contract is awarded to the bidder who proposes the best price, quality, and technical acceptance, stipulated in the Statement of work document and brings the best value to the government.
