USFWS intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to: RIDLEY USA INC 111 W Cherry ST STE 500 Mankato, Minnesota 56001-2695 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 311119- Other Animal Food Manufacturing, 650. The object of this sole source award to RIDLEY USA INC is to deliver 66 tons of 50/50 mixed alfalfa meal (15% protein) and 50% wheat middling to Garrison Dam NFH's 50 food storage bins.
