This is a mandatory posting of an approved sole source justification to limit purchase to the manufacturer:Product Source International Datacomm LLC. Purchase of replacement interface cards through manufacturer buyback program. We are requesting PSI as the manufacturer for these parts due to the fact the cards are manufactured by PSI. If we purchase parts from another reseller, we will not be able to participate in the buyback program. Quantities of these new items are not available from resellers. Most resellers carry refurbished items. Government plans to issue award for this on 21 August 2012.
