Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) intends to issue solicitation SP0600-09-R-0221 on or about November 16, 2009 for the following multi-year (2 years) requirements: DIESEL FUEL #1 (F65), NSN 9140-01-440-9736; DIESEL FUEL #2 (DF2), NSN 9140-00-286-5294; GASOLINE, PREMIUM UNLEADED (MUP) , NSN 9130-00-148-7104; and TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JP8) , NSN 9130-01-031-5816. The delivery of these fuels will be by tank wagon for the gasoline item and tanker truck for the diesel fuels and turbine fuel to be delivered to Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Resultant contract(s) will be Requirement Type with Economic Price Adjustment. Ordering Period: 01 APRIL 2010 through 30 APRIL 2012 with delivery period 30 days after the end of the ordering period. Please be advised that DESC does not intend to mail hard copies of the solicitation unless specially requested.
