97 LRS Vehicle Maintenance Tool Kits

The 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Altus Air Force Base is seeking five comprehensive, mobile, and secure general mechanics hand tool kits equivalent to or exceeding the Snap-On KTL1022APBO model, to support maintenance of its fleet of 372 vehicles. This solicitation, issued under the solicitation number FA441926Q0046, is a combined synopsis and request for quotation for commercial items under FAR Subpart 12.2, structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS code 332510 with a size standard of 750 employees, and all offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a valid Unique Entity ID to be eligible for award. Funding is not currently available, and no award will be made until funds are appropriated; the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without financial obligation to offerors.
