The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron Vehicle Management requires modern, comprehensive, and securely stored general mechanics hand tool kits, equivalent to or exceeding the functionality of current ITK Tool Kits (specifically Snap-On KTL1022APBO in the desired layout - see Attachment 1), to effectively perform critical maintenance actions on Altus Air Force Base’s fleet of 372 vehicles and associated equipment. We are seeking solutions that provide five (5) comprehensive, mobile, and secure tool systems designed for general mechanics hand tool applications. The primary objective is to equip our technicians with reliable, ergonomic, and compliant tool systems that eliminate current operational deficiencies and enhance overall fleet readiness. See Attachment 1 for detailed description of salient characteristics required, and Attachment 3 for submission evaluation criteria.

Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.
