The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a commercial cannabis retailer license and a Commercial Cannabis Business Permit for 9805 Prospect LLC to establish a retail operation in Santee, California. Located on a 0.71-acre corner lot at 9805 Prospect Ave and 8547 Cuyamaca St within the General Commercial Zone, the business will occupy 2,284 square feet of existing commercial space in a multi-tenant shopping center.
