The 21st Contracting Squadron issues this sources sought synopsis to locate capable small business firms able to provide all management, labor, supervision, training, equipment and supplies to protect and maintain a state of security awareness for government resources, safeguarding them against espionage, sabotage, damage, compromise, trespass, and theft while performing Access Control Services for North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). The prospective contractor shall serve as a visible deterrent to the commission of crime, prevents damage to government resources, and provides an immediate response element to incidents and alarms. Services provided for buildings, facilities, and grounds at NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) Headquarters Building 2 and Building 920, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. The prospective contractor shall be responsible for the entry control point, maintaining physical security for both NORAD/NORTHCOM current operations division area. The prospective contractor shall be responsible for implementation/execution of all aspects of the current operations division physical security personnel, information, and communications security program at a Top Secret Special Compartmented Intelligence (TS/SCI)/Special Access Program (SAP) level. The propsective contractor shall not bear firearms while performing duties on Peterson AFB, Colorado. Access control personnel shall present a neat personal appearance and extend courtesies expected in a public relations role. This requirement is for fully trained Access Control Personnel and Secret and Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
