Full Description

The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service intends to award on a sole source basis with Actionable Intelligence Technologies, Inc. (AIT), 12975 Brookprinter Place, suite 140, Poway, CA 92064-6814 for 1 base and 2 option years of DocBuilder Software, a software related financial investigative system, associated training, maintenance and support. Vendors who can provide the required services at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by AIT should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Telephonic or e-mail inquiries will not be accepted. Responses to this notice must be received by this office no later than March 20, 2008. Responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, 5th floor, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: Daniel K. Higgins, OS:A:P:I:F:B. Responses will be accepted by facsimile at (202) 283-4427. The Government will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of any facsimile information. If a response is received that meets the IRS?s requirements and analysis of both technical and pricing documentation indicate that a competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Government, a formal solicitation may be issued. Currently, no solicitation document exists for this requirement, therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, point of contact: name & phone #, GSA contract # if applicable, business size and payment terms. If no affirmative responses are received, the award will be made to Actionable Intelligence Technologies, Inc. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award.
