The Department of Defense, through NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support in Philadelphia, plans to sole source the purchase of a single Mission Kit Blade D identified by NSN 1RD9999LLIX4P191CB and part number 71081-55201-011 from Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, the original equipment manufacturer and the only approved source for this item. There are no drawings or data available for this part, and the government does not hold rights to the data, precluding procurement from other suppliers.
