This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not available; it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
