The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a Sole Source purchase order is intended to be awarded to LAZ Parking, LTD under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253c(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The contemplated order will provide 24/7 secured access parking facilities for at least 65 spaces. The period of performance will be 03/13/2008 through 02/28/2009. This synopsis is for information purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source identified herein. This is not a notice for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available, however, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific, detailed, technical documentation to support such claims and abilities to the Point of Contact for this notice prior to the response date for this notification.
