The successful offeror/contractor shall provide all musicians and other musical support necessary to provide a variety of religious instructional methods, to include songs, stories, and anecdotal spiritually-based lessons for the Fort Lee/Eustis Commanding Generals Religious Support Activities Initiative in accordance with industry standard practices and the Performance Work Statement. Period of performances are for July 22 & 23 2009, and Sept. 16 & 17, 2009 in the The Government will issue a 100% small business set-aside solicitation. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 22 May 2009. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps and ASFI websites for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Contract award will be made based on submitted Request for Quote (RFQ). This Solicitation does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00.
