Amendment 1 to this solicitation is issued as attached. The due date for proposals is extended through July 30, 2007 (see attached). FAA plans to post another amendment with changes to the solicitation and answers to questions shortly. As stated in the original announcement, all interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or costs incurred associated with any response received from this SIR. Therefore, any costs associated with SIR submissions will be solely at the interested parties expense.
