Full Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source contract to Trinity Biotech located in Bray, CO Wicklow, Ireland. The purpose of the contract is to purchase Unigold I & II HIV test kits required by labortory activities in Angola. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
