Full Description

This is a notice of intent that AFMC AFLCMC/WNKAB anticipates issuing a solicitation for the sustainment of the Control Test Set TS-4231/U testers, National Stock Number 4920-01-505-0662KV and part number 25579-505, which are used to support organizational and back shop maintenance for the A-10 aircraft. The period of performance will be for one year with two 12-month options. The Best Estimated Quantities for each ordering period: Basic - 12 each, Option One - 12 each, Option Two - 7 each. Contractor performance will include repair of the TS-4231/U testers at the Contractor's facility as well as on-site visits, when required. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for replacement of missing/non-repairable Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and accessory kit items, user training, obsolescence mitigation, and other special projects identified by the Government during the contract period of performance. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate sole source with Command Technical Services Inc., CAGE 1RU32, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 16 November 2018. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, or which shall be considered by the agency, but NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE.
