Full Description

A-10 PACAF DEPOT SUPPORT This is the synopsis as required by FAR 5.2. It is anticipated that a solicitation for this effort will be released during February 2109. The government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis, nor pay for any information that may be submitted by respondents to this synopsis. Not providing a response to this synopsis will not prohibit/exclude your company from participating in any future solicitations/requests for proposals. AFMC LCMC/WWA, Hill AFB, is considering issuing a solicitation for A-10 Aircraft OCONUS Depot Maintenance services to support Osan Air Force Base, Republic of Korea. Hill AFB is seeking qualified firm(s), and/or organization(s) in order to perform these services within 400 nautical miles of Osan Air Force Base. Sources are bieng sought under NAICS code 488190 and PSC K015. Sources being sought are not restricted to small business. Foreign participation is permitted at the prime contractor level. The US Air Force intends to award one 10 year contract to a source capable of performing all work on A-10 Aircraft as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. The estimated workload is 3-6 aircraft inductions per fiscal year plus occasional drop-in maintenance and Contract Field Team deployments as necessary. Future aircraft modification programs may also be a requirement for these contracts. Best Estimated Quantities will be included with the solicitation/request for proposal.
