The proposed acquisition is for a sole-source from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, transportation (include mobilization and demobilization for each task) necessary to perform removal of asbestos (in its many forms and uses) in connection with Base Wide Asbestos On Call to accomplish a broad range of asbestos removal work at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
