The High Commission of Canada in Jamaica in Kingston requires A/C maintenance and repair services for the Staff Quarters. The objective of this requirement is to provide routine scheduled maintenance as well as repair services when needed to the High Commission of Canada for its multiple split units air conditioning systems spread across several locations at 23 staff quarter residences. The Contractor must furnish all necessary tools, services and labor to execute the work required for the maintenance of the equipment contained herein and must execute such work in a careful and workman like manner and in accordance with all related Codes, Standards and Regulations from all levels of Government. The Contractor must also provide repair services as detailed in the attached Request for Offers, Statement of Work.
