Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, is soliciting quotes for A-E Cost Estimation Services under RFQ 481463. The project requires the development of an independent construction cost estimate for the Electron-Ion Collider Conventional Facilities New York State Project Work Package No. 02, focusing on 100 percent detailed design for infrastructure enhancements. The scope includes structural foundations, building conventional envelopes, power distribution, mechanical cooling, and water distribution for 15 new support facilities. This is a firm-fixed-price contract with an anticipated performance period of 10 weeks from the notice to proceed.
