The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the IWRP Consortium, and industry in general, advanced notification of Government intent. This notification is not a Request for Prototype Projects, but information provided for planning purposes only. A project will not be awarded from this announcement. Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic will announce a Request for Prototype Projects through the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium. In order to obtain more information regarding the below projects, you must be a member of the IWRP Consortium. For more information on becoming an IWRP consortium member, please visit https://www.theiwrp.org. The majority of these projects will be briefed at the IWRP Consortium Quarterly Industry Day on 14 May 2019 in Charleston, SC. or presented virtually in a short time thereafter. More information on the QID can be obtained at https://www.theiwrp.org. The Government anticipates twenty-one (21) projects to be solicited via N65236-18-9- 0001 - consisting of the following: 19-LANT-0020 Maintenance Repair and Operations Software This prototype opportunity seeks researching software solutions to manage fleet vehicle data in a large geographically dispersed system. The prototype is responsible for the coordination of a large variety of tasks associated with fleet management including maintenance, operations, logistics/supply chain, training and more. 19-LANT-0041 Information Warfare Watchstations (IWS) This prototype opportunity will allow Battlespace Awareness (BA), Assured Command and Control (C2), and Integrated Fires an opportunity for further development of better information integration tools to maximize capability effectiveness as the pace and scope of information-related aspects of the modern battle field increase. 19-LANT-0051 NSC Virtualization - The Government seeks to prototype update eleven Network Support Centers (NSC), replacing the current hardware with a resilient virtualized Information Assurance suite that will offer intrusion prevention systems, firewall, VPN termination and routing. Further, the Government also seeks to modernize the static full mesh VPN architecture, and migrate toward Dynamic Multipoint Virtual Private Network (DMVPN) design. 9-LANT-0052 Network Keyboard, Video and Mouse (KVM) Solution - Network Keyboard, Video and Mouse (KVM) Solution The Government seeks a modern, robust KVM solution that will meet the security and access requirements that we need. 19-LANT-0053 Cyber Situational Awareness and Comply to Connect - The Government is looking for an integrated suite of automated cyber capabilities to provide Enterprise Cyber Situational Awareness and Comply to Connect capability. The desired outcome is automated "real-time" discovery, reporting, and dashboarding of clients, servers, devices / peripherals, and network devices connecting to, connected to, or disconnecting from DoD networks. 19-LANT-0055 Logistics Management Disconnected Ops - The Government is seeking innovative solutions to allow operation of an integrated, distributed logistics capability (plan, manage, execute, and monitor logistics business processes and sub-processes) in latency and/or bandwidth limited environments (disadvantaged networks) and in environments where there is no internet (disconnected mode). 19-LANT-0056 Enterprise Logging Layer - The Government is seeking a means to meet regulatory logging requirements in the form of an Enterprise Logging Solution to log, store, and process messages for analysis and monitoring, at Network Operations Centers. 19-LANT-0057 Unified Cloud Printing - The Government is seeking DoD compliant Cloud Print and Print Management solutions. 19-LANT-0058 Tactical Edge Computing - The Government is seeking a portable and scalable on-premise tactical edge computing platform with features and capabilities similar to modern on-premise cloud environments.
