A -- Management Support Center for the Clinical and Translational Science Awards

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), representing the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR), is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive project management and support services for the Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) program. The contract involves a range of responsibilities including supporting the CTSA Steering Committees and Working Groups with project management and executive secretarial duties, maintaining both a web-based secure collaborative workspace and a public website for communication of committee activities. The contractor will also handle logistics and meeting support for various CTSA-related committees and working groups, provide technical project assistance, administer an independent evaluation and selection process for Clinical Research Informatics projects, and ensure proper contract closeout and transition to a successor or the government. The contract is anticipated to be a single cost-reimbursement award with a duration of five years, starting around late September 2007. The solicitation was made available electronically in early March 2007, with proposals due by mid-April 2007.
