The IRB would like to review and validate the funding methodologies utilized to ensure that adequate levels of financial resources are distributed equitably throughout the organization.The Contractor must review, validate and propose productivity and costing models to allocate resources that ensure that IRB resource needs for all sectors are met based on operational objectives, performance measures and data.
