Provide and replace Access Control System in accordance with attached SOW titled 388 EWS ACS System R109 SOW_8Jul26. Instructions to Offers and Evaluation Criteria can be found in the Attachments seciton.


*Site visit will be held Tuesday, Sept 8, at 0900. If you plan to attend please see the BASE PASSES INSTRUCTIONS below for required information needed by Friday, Sep 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST in order to process pass.


BASE PASSES FOR THE SITE VISIT: The contractor shall provide the Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, Driving License Number and State of Issuance and personal contact information (Cell Phone) of each individual attending the site visit. If personnel have a CAC or access to base, then send the name and personal contact information (Cell Phone) only in the RSVP and specify they already have access. The information shall be provided to the following, Rommel Angeles at rommel.angeles.2@us.af.mil; Perrin Davis at perrin.davis@us.af.mil; and Paul Brinckhaus at paul.brinckhaus@us.af.mil no later than Sep 4, 2026, by 11:00 AM CST, to allow for adequate processing time. The information will then be submitted to Security Forces for processing. Security Forces will perform a background check on all contractors visiting Eglin AFB for the site visit the day of entry.


Please be advised that effective 07 May 2025, all visitors, and contractors aged 18 and older who require base passes must present a REAL driver's license or Identification card. Personnel who currently hold a pass will not need to obtain a new one; however, they must adhere to the REAL ID requirements by the effective date. At the time of their next pass issuance, a REAL ID will be necessary. The only accepted alternative to a REAL ID will be a valid passport.


Contractors with retiree or dependent cards are not supposed to use them for official duty on the base.
