This source sought is posted by the Government agency seeking responsible sources for a project. This notice is not a solicitation for work or a request for proposal. The purpose is to identify interested and capable vendors to perform the work described below and to incorporate the results into the Government's Market Research Report. The 354th Contracting Squadron is seeking A&E services for a bridge inspection and repair study at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The work includes A-E Title I services (Design Phase Services) for inspecting 19 bridges and culverts, including conducting a structural inventory, performing NBIS-compliant inspections, and developing repair recommendations. This encompasses site investigation, structural assessments, load ratings, and cost estimates for repair or replacement. The contractor will also create schematic repair plans and prioritization matrices based on inspection findings.
