The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment services for facilities at the Naval Station Newport, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, and other areas of responsibility The Contractor shall also perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition and minor construction for the above ground and underground storage tanks.
