Aboveground Storage Tank Integrity Testing Services for Various California Army National Guard Installations

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Aboveground Storage Tank Integrity Testing Services for Various California Army National Guard Installations. The Contractor shall perform inspections, maintenance, testing, and monitoring of Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) at California Army National Guard sites to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, including tank integrity testing and quarterly system evaluations. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 34883 - DO NOT OPEN.
Bidders are not required to visit the worksite. Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid. Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk. Bidders can schedule a worksite visit by contacting Sergey Kinchak at contact@example.gov.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type HAZ - Hazardous Substance Removal Certification license, or subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Sergey Kinchak, at contact@example.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 4/22/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 34883.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 5/6/2025 at 2:00 PM.
