The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to Karen Wright, 2407 Antrim Irish Drive, Henderson, NV 89044, to furnish all services, tools, labor, supplies, shipping and handling, and materials for the following: 0001 Instructor; AIR FORCE JUNIOR RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING CORPS ACADEMIC INSTRUCTOR COURSE (A Framework for Teaching) 0002 Instructor; FORCE JUNIOR RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING CORPS ACADEMIC INSTRUCTOR COURSE (21st Century Teaching Standards) 0003 Per Diem (Travel; For airline travel use of http://apps.fas.gsa.gov/citypairs/search/ is required IAW JTR C2001(A)(2)(a)) 0004 Per Diem (Meals) 0005 Per Diem (Lodging) There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). This will be a firm-fixed price agreement. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified courses of instruction, those parties interested must be able to show they have the proper distribution rights and be in compliance with attached statement of work for these services, they must respond to this notice before 3:00 PM (Central Time) on 7 July 2011. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source blanket purchase agreement will be issued to Karen Wright.
