AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 14th, 2026 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS) within the Department of National Defense requires 13 new QuidelOrtho Vitros XT3400 Dry Clinical Chemistry Analyzers (DCCA) for its laboratories in order to assist with the diagnosis and treatment of ill and injured CAF members. The chemistry analyzer replacement for the CAF fleet must remain a “dry” analyzer: one that does not require distilled water for its analysis. It must also be licensed by Health Canada. These two requirements are important to ensure continuing operation, without additional reagent supply, or installation of water treatment systems within CFHS labs.
