The Department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement to provide technical and scientific research services in application of drilling, piezometer installation and instrumentation and hydraulic and CPT testing in the Kuuguluk riverbed at Salluit, (Nunavik, Quebec). Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a statement of capabilities that it meets the following requirements: o Experience in the past 10 years conducting in the following areas: 1) Fieldwork direct push with lost tip piezometers installation to define the hydraulic heterogeneity profiles of a shallow granular aquifer; 2) Fieldwork single-well interference slug tests to assess vertical hydraulic conductivity; 3) Fieldwork piezocone soundings with real-time electrical resistivity measurement to assess the saline formation leaching. o Academic qualifications: one team member must possess a graduate degree in the field of hydrogeology.
