Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Installations West Regional Contracting Office (MCIWEST RCO) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis on or about May 19, 2015 to TNG Security, Inc. DBA California Commercial Security. Reference FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the contracting officer determined that this requirement will be best satisfied by awarding a Sole Source award to California Commercial Security. The prospective contractor shall provide annual maintenance for a 12 month period for the current Kantech Access Control System located in Building 140121, Camp Pendleton, CA. At this time, California Commercial Security is the only reasonable identified source capable of providing the full requirement as they are the company responsible for original installation. A Sole Source Justification Letter is attached regarding this determination.
