*The closing date of this Request for Proposal has been extended to March 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST.*Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Prescott Port-of-Entry (PoE) requires the replacement of its Access Control System computer, software and hardware, and maintenance services at CBSA Prescott PoE, 1032 Highway 16, Prescott, ON, K0E 1T0.The CBSA Prescott PoE is currently using the Facility Commander® Wnx Access Control System which has been declared end-of-life (hardware components as of December, 2019 and software as of December, 2020) and requires replacement.The Contractor must replace the end-of-life Facility Commander® Wnx hardware components and software to a new Access Control Software platform.*** All supplies and parts must in stock and available for install. The delivery of goods and installation must be completed on or before March 31, 2023.Trade Agreements:Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement; andCanadian Free Trade AgreementNo additional material will be posted on CanadaBuys. Additional material can be requested by writing an e-mail to the Contracting Authority.Only suppliers who are qualified and "active" SA holders at the time a bid solicitation is issued are eligible to be invited to bid.
