Contractor shall design, engineer, provide materials, and install new IDS, and ACS, for the U.S. Army INSCOM, USACIC, Region III at Joint Base Lewis McCord, Washington State. New systems shall be integrated to work seamlessly with the existing INSCOM Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at the following building 3275.

The Contractor shall coordinate and complete an initial walkthrough with all stakeholdersat the government-identified spaces where work is to be completed and shall determine a bill of materials (BOM) (Deliverable 1) for the proposed solution. We shall conduct an initial stakeholders meeting to confirm if company being considered demonstrates the professional capasity to carry out th work being requested. 

The installation types and methods used must comply with CNSSAM TEMPEST 1/13, ICD 705, Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) Technical Guide for Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3A), BICSI Series (marking, color, physical and mechanical, shielding, conduit/duct, labelling), current industry standards, and local base communications and facility standards.

This task is to be performed at Building 3275 at JBLM, WA. Work shall be done during the hours 0730 to 1630 M-F.

Evalution basis for award will be LPTA -Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
