The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOA), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Acopian Technical Company, 131 Loomis St, Easton, Pennsylvania 18045, Cage: 14749, to provide Part Number D15-50 Quantity of 12; Part Number 5E200 Quantity of 2; Part Number D15-05 Quantity of 128; Part Number 5E25 Quantity of 96; Part Number ES-1 Quantity of 224; and Part Number EL-1 Quantity of 14. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This authority is supported by an approved single source justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 335999. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 500 employees. The anticipated award date is 27 Nov 2017. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
