Full Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, demolition, construction, electrical work, access control coordination, testing, commissioning, and closeout documentation required for the phased replacement of the existing exterior automatic vestibule door systems at Vestibules T1009 and T1023 of the Advanced Care Pavilion (ACP). Work shall include removal and replacement of existing automatic sliding doors, frames, thresholds, walk-off mats, concrete repairs, flashing, weatherproofing, and integration with the existing Lene] access control system. Scope shall include all work shown in the Contract Documents .. Contractor shall maintain building operations, provide temporary weather-tight hoarding, ICRA barriers, negative air containment, life safety signage, and uninterrupted code-compliant egress throughout all phases of construction. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held on November 11th, 2026 at 9:00am, Located at 101 Nicolls Road, Stony Brook, NY 11794. Please meet in the main lobby of the hositpal by 8:45am and obtain a visitor's pass from the information desk. The meeting will start promptly at 9:00am.
